Why? clean it, rinse it, shake it, spray it and put it back on. It will dry in no time. Did mine 3 times now and no problems.;)

spray it with the cleaner, wash it inside out... shake it out. Let it sit in the sun for an hour, oil it and you're good to go.

As all have said already, spray it with cleaner provided, let sit about 5 min. spray out with water from the inside. Let sit for about 10 min in the sun and with compressed air set at about 20 psi or less, slowly blow from inside out until dry. Apply oil lightly or can set MAF codes. Install and go wheelin'.
