Service Department good news for a change

As everyone is aware I have been fighting with the service department for some time at Wright Hummer in Pittsburgh. They finally called me and said they reserved me a set of roof rails and will fix my vents, shock, radio, and they will even come pick it up from my work and deliver a rental for me. All it took was me referring the service department to this web site to see all the bad press they were getting. I got a sweet young lady call me this morning asking if they could, please, come pick it up and drop my courtesy car off. It is supposed to happen on Monday. I will let everyone know but thanks ELCOVA....

Interesting phenomena - perhaps we should all play that card as needed :perfect10s:

I had a similar experience. I mailordered yellow vinyl (?) tint for the fogs, it arrived as 4" diameter, fogs are 5". The vendor said "We'll contact the manufacturer, they'll contact you/send a correction." Nothing....nothing. Told them, "Whats up?"
Several weeks and I said stop, send money. Nothing. Sent another E-mail with, "I'm a member of CK5, with 35,000 paid membership." I told the vendor how important posts are in Forums. My money was refunded instantly.
I bought HOEN bulbs instead.
:giggling:

Nice job Scouts and congrats. Maybe they'll treat the rest of us who bought from them as well too.
