LogJam

I believe in giving credit where credit is due.

I am interested in playing my I Pod through the stereo. In one of the earlier threads, a product called Neutron, sold by Log Jam on the web, was discussed. I bought one and was pleased for a couple of days. All of a sudden, the stereo no longer recognized the Neutron. I went back to Car Toys, who installed it, to have the wiring checked. The insstallation was given a clean bill of health. Sunday, I went on line and requested an RMA from Log Jam. Monday, I received an email from Log Jam saying that since the failure occurred within 30 days, I didn't need an RMA and a replacement had been sent! I received the replacement today.

Well done Log Jam! Customer service like that is appreciated! Credit where credit is due!:jump:

Question. The original Neutron is now working, again. Do I keep it and return the new one, or swap them out at my expense??

I would return the original one and keep the new one. There might be something faulty in the first one that cuased it problems, even though it started working again. It's honest people who allow businesses to be able to send out replacements without constantly getting ripped off. Treat them like you would want to be treated.

:iagree: My plan was to swap it out and send back the questionable unit. Honest people who sell good products are too rare to be treated without the respect they deserve.

I looked all over their site and did not find a "Neutron"... but I did find a Neucleus NC-X2iLAN. Is this what you got?

DOH!! :o

I thought Neutron looked funny, but at 04:00 in the A.M. I thought it was right. I was at work, so I couldn't check. Yep, it is Neucleus. Yes, it does work as advertised.:beerchug:
