Gobi RR W/Ladder Installed

7 Attachment(s)
I finally recieved my Gobi Roof Rack after 3 weeks, so i decided to install it today. Now all im waiting for is my Rocky-Road Rock Sliders. Also included 3 pics of some minor off-roading this weekend, the tires are awesome. I tried everything to get stuck in the mud even sitting and waiting for some time, and it still just crawled right out of it.

The rack looks awesome! How do you like your DOI winch bumper? Do you notice a lot of mud/water getting into the winch area. I have been drooling over this setup for awhile, just curious how people like theirs. Also concerned about submerging the winch in deep mud or water.

No they didnt come with lights, those will come shortly. H3slate, the bumper is good i like it a lot, it does get some mud and dirt in it if you go in deep enough. Im not sure how it will do submerged, but i think it will do fine, the warn on my old H1 did well completly submerged for well over 30 minutes.

Looks great Cal. I should have my gobi installed this weekend.

Also, I think I'm going to drill some drain holes in the bottom of my DOI bumper. In heavy rain, it fills up with water......

Very nice. Maybe next will be a color-keyed grill?

I thought about going color-keyed grill, but i saw the H3 on the amstar site and didnt like the way it lookes all red. So i think i may just line-X it in the next week or two.

Lotus, yea that is a really good idea cause i have noticed that as well. Let me know how it turns out!

Thanks for the feedback, I am concerned about submerging because the manual for the warn winch says not to submerge it, and if it does have it serviced right away. I know that warn winches are great, but it would be a pain to have to take the winch bumper off to service the winch.
