Stock Navigation

Does the stock Nav unit have, or can you install, Nav Traffic. You pay the monthly cost of $3.99 I believe, and the Nav unit reacts to FM Nav traffic signals, which guide you on alternate routes, should there be accidents etc on your preset course.
