custom job. For someone that has stock rocker guards, I can get this guy to make up something similar.

Mine aren't finished yet, though.

Those are nice, have you bent them at all? Does your leg rub them all the time when you get in and out?

BTW, those wheels need some serious bling-age!

Haven't bent yet. They are used as steps and I'll have plating on top for better steps.

My stock rails have pushed up against the bottom of the chassis. I was just wondering if those are the stock rails, with a piece welded on the outside. (that's what it looks like) I might need something a little beefier.

That's all it is. I haven't needed much beefier. It's not going anywhere else and is not hurting the body.

Those stock rockers (before we welded the extensions on) are dented and bent. One of the other reasons I extended them so for is to create a better step because U-steps will no longer go on my truck since the rocker brackets are all bent.

I think the stock rockers held up better than most other parts of the underside of my truck.

Is that the frame?!?! How'd that happen?

I got to look at mine the other day, and it's not nearly that bad!

Re: new wheels

My torsion bar bracket is bent up. Driver's side is higher than PS. Cross member is just beat to heck and back. The transmission bracket is now shaped like an arch instead of being flat.

The frame itself has several spots where it is caved in. Body mount tabs are bent, etc. I'm thinking of putting the chrome back on the truck and just selling it to a blinger.;) :giggling:

You'll have to put lots of chrome on it!

I feel better about how mine looks now, Thanks.;) :giggling:

Re: new wheels

Just spray it all flat black and most will never know the difference. And, if it still rides straight down the road, who cares??
