Tranfer case fix

Hello, I 'm new here. I busted something in my tranfer case this weekend on my H2. I can't get out of 4 locked and there is plenty of oil leaking out of it. Would you guys suggest a dealer with a hummer technician or would you feel comfortable letting someone other than a hummer dealer fix it. I do know a dealer will cost more but I don't know anyone in my area that might be able to work on it. I live in Lubbock Texas. We do have a dealer here.
