Only the passes. We came back last night over Steven's Pass and cars were stuck all over the place including a few bad accidents. Last week I was in Montana and it looked like Christmas!

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds Butter-flavor cooking spray 1/8 tsp. salt Rinse seeds, place in single layer on a baking sheet, let dry at room temp for 3 hours to dry. Heat oven to 350. Place in single layer on a baking sheet. Spray generously with cooking spray, sprinkle salt. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned. 1/2 cup = 190 calories! |
