accessory plug

Anyone know how to add an additional accessory plug in the truck? Can I just buy one and tap into the wires for the others under the dash? Or should I go straight to the fuse box?

Either way will do. If you tab into an existing one, remember the fuse rating stays the same and if both are in use, they cannot exceed the max on the fuse.

If you install a separate one; make sure to fuse it as close as possible to the underhood fuse box.

If you only need something temporarily, you can purchase adapters that plug into the socket and give you two to four extra sockets, from Radio Shack.
