DO NOT USE a H-3 to move your daughter !

A won't use the term "it sucks" CAUSE if your the "suckie" it feels good

BUT

The H-3 is not a moving van (for sure). Moving my daughter this morning around 25 miles south and "it don't carry chit:

LIKE

a full size box spring set (not twin, not queen)
a sm. to med. dresser
a great dane

Had to call in a lot of favors early in the morning to get friends to help with their larger SUV's, Trucks, Vans etc...

Thank goodness many are federal workers (Veterans Day Holiday)

BUT

If I ever purchase another vehicle

IT WILL BE

A H-3

I LOVE IT

Come on Ducky.. Get creative.. Tie those matresses on top, put the dresser on top of the matresses. Stuff boxes inside the truck.. Tie that horse to the front to save fuel..!!!

That's why you're supposed to throw away everything before moving and just buy all new stuff later!

I discoverd this early on after taking delivery of my H3.:twak:

I call it a Sports Truck. Looks great! Can't transport anything. :OWNED:

I use my wife's car for that. I'd buy it again three more times. Just have to make sure the wife always has a truck that we can use.:giggling:

Aw, leave him alone!

He was just trying to help her. Dads don't really think sometimes. My Dad helped me move out with his explorer back in the day. I had to leave my fake ficus tree in my old room because he couldn't fit it in there. He prolly never thought about the top either.

Poor thing watered it for two years until I caught him and told him it was fake.:giggling:

H2co-pilot.... HAHAHAH thats sounds like something my parents would have done.. I remember when I was a kid we had a fake tree in the living room, I didn't know it was fake and could never understand why it never grew and why we wasked it with soap... Thanks for the memories...

You should have seen us. Three Old Men in a HUMMER, a PICKUP and a VAN moving a young chic into an apartment in a trendy area of South Miami...

Would make a great 30 minute SITCOM, DAD, Uncle BOB and Uncle JOE carrying all this crap up the steps and after the OLD GUYS finished and were winded all her girlfriends 22 to 28 years old show up in shorts, halter tops etc etc (remember Miami, 80 degrees here today) to help her unpack and set up.

Now DAD has a BRIGHT YELLOW HUMMER H-3, Uncle JOE has a Ford Explorer with Miami Dolphin Flags & decals all over it and Uncle BOB has a 1978 Picup that looks like it escaped from a JUNK YARD.

JUST CLOSE YOUR EYES AND PICTURE IT...

Why exactly wasn't I invited to come down and supervise the move?! I'm coming to Miami and I expect nothing less than a full introduction to said girlfriends.

Thank goodness your asking just about girlfriends (i noticed that right away)

BUT

The nice thing about Florida is that the barrel can be as short as 18 1/2" and you can have a pistol grip on it. They like to plug for a maximum of 5

but,

NO ASK NO TELL !!!

That sentence kind of makes me think you wouldn't be honored to have me as a son-in-law. I'm a good person. I drive a Hummer, how bad could I possibly be?
