Rear bumper lamps ?

I would like to install the rear bumper lamps in my 2003 h2, has anyone done this? looking for some details and install info.
any help would be appreciated.

The part #s for the lamps including socket as listed, P#15100038 for the left and 15100039 for the right.

There is no harness listed in the dealer system? my friend is a parts guy at the dealer and could not locate this. I do not think wiring will be an issue, i would like to know if the bumper ends need to be changed or can they be cut or drilled to make the lights work?.

Backup lights for the bumper are made by delta http://www.deltalights.com/products.asp?pid=23812
...as for the brake lights...I think you will have to buy the stock parts or fab your own.
