I violated the other end....
 

Of my turkey for 20 minutes trying to find the damn giblets. I couldn't possibly foresee the little hole on the other side hiding a convienient little bag of such putrid treasures.

I have fixed turkey breasts before and whole chickens and even a cornish hen or two. But I swear!....

I was pulling on the back bone or something thinking that it was the neck and I was really getting pissed!!!:clapping: :D

It was my first Thanksgiving at my house so I was nervous anyway. Everything went fine, and it was only a little late due to the incident. But still turkeys are so gross!!!!!
