Nice ride Jeff. Those A/T's are great... Question, how much total front end lift with the Truxx lift ?

It gives the front 3" which pretty well levels things out.:beerchug:

Looks good :beerchug:

How's the ride with the leveling kit? And is it just the angle of the pic or is the front end slightly higher than the rear now?

The ride is good. It's a little stiffer than factory but the 8 ply tires probably have alot to do with that. I think it's just the angle of the pictures, but these were taken prior to getting the front alignment and the ride height adjusted. The front ride height should be 24.25" which is the same as the rear.

I'll tell you in a couple of weeks. I had a quater of a tank when they were installed and have only driven it about 35 miles since.:dancingbanana:

Very sweet ride.

2 quick questions for you:

What width rim is that?

and

What's that TRUXX kit do to your warranty?

I'm almost ready to bite the bullet for one myself, but have been
hesitant due to warranty concerns. Also, I'm trying to find out if
those jokers over at Ready Lift are gonna do a H3 Kit themselves.
Roughly 2 bills cheaper, but of a similar quality.

Regards.

The rims are 17" X 9". I purchased the Truxxx kit from a Hummer dealer after driving one of the service writers and one of the parts guys H3's with the kit on. I can't tell any difference from the factory ride. I'm assuming that the kit will not affect the warranty at all since these guys had them and the dealership sells them. Just keep in mind that it is a leveler kit and not a lift. It does nothing for the rear. It raises the front to be the same ride height as the rear without affecting the ride.:beerchug:

Re: Finally got some pics!!

Thanks for the info on the rim width. That is the one dimension
I rarely see anyone mention when describing their tire and wheel
combo. It seems like everyone running after market rims, is in the
8?to 9? range. That is, if they aren?t still on the stockers.

Being rather old school myself, I had been looking at some 16X10 rims
and some Super Swamper TrXus MT Radials in 34x12.50R16LT or perhaps
35x12.50R16LT. I don?t really mind if I have some of the meats sticking
out, as long as I?m not in any danger of crunching a fender. Right now,
my only problem is, every wheel design I like, has the wrong damn bore
dimension! I actually had a Centerline rep tell me with their wheels being
rotary forged, I didn?t have to worry about bore diameter. Hmmmm I say.
Not sure I buy that??Hub Centric is Hub Centric?or...So I thought.

Also, I understood we were talking about a simple leveling kit and not a true
lift kit. I just want to get rid of that stink bug look whether it be via a Truxxx
kit or just cranking the TB?s.

The reason I mentioned Ready Lift, is they manufacture leveling kits
for all manner of vehicles ----(except for the H3 of course). Their leveling
kits are similar, but the keys are forged instead of welded up.
All of their leveling kits for a TB system, seem to be priced around $249.
Heck of a price difference and maybe worth a wait?

If they are gonna make ?em.

I got my Truxxx lift at dealer cost which put me right at $320. I wouldn't have paid the $449 either. If you wanted the Truxxx, I would be glad to get another set at dealer cost, although there would be shipping to TX. I'm sure it wouldn't be $129 worth of shipping though. On your wheels, you're going to have to keep the backspacing at about 4.5", and any difference will be outside the hub. :beerchug:
