2005 H2 Factoy Warranty Length
 

I purchased a used 2005 H2 a short while back, had about 20,000 miles. I am approaching 24,000 miles, and for some reason I thought that the factory warranty was 2 years/24,000 miles.

I wanted to look into purchasing an extended warranty.
But someone else is saying that all Hummers come with a 3 year 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, and not to bother buying an extended warranty until next year.

Can someone verify what the 2005 H2's came with as far as factory warranty?

I searched, but most warranty topics are related to extended warranties, not the factory warranty.

3/36 is correct for '03 - '05.

4/50 started in '06, and 5/100 (powertrain) was added in '07.

4yr/50,000 is what came with mine.

Thanks much. I don't know why I thought it was 2/24...I know the price increases a little bit for the GMPP after 24,000 miles, maybe that's what I was thinking about.
