Hypertech III programming help? (yeah, another one :-)

Please excuse the rookie question, I know variations have already been asked, but I didn't understand the rev limiter and shift point explanation in the booklet. It says if you change either one you have to change the other also. A Hypertech tech suggested I set the rev limiter at 6100 rpm's and the shift points to 1st to 2nd @ 200 rpms, 2nd to 3rd @ 400 rpm's and 3rd to 4th @ 500 rpm's. Does this sound right or are there better settings I could use?

I just wanted to get back some of the power I lost by going to 37" tires and recalibrate the speedo. It seems to have accomplished that ok but as long as I spent the money on the programmer I want to get the most out of it. Not trying to win the Indy or anything but get good all round performance out of it.
