Seems like the off roaders involved in the battle are a group of smart ones. Buying the land above the no access point, then suing over not being able to access it. Very clever. :beerchug: Hopefully the hippies get :OWNED: on this one.

It reads as if the 1866 law could easily be upheld and the wheelers will get their access.

If they prevail, let's hope they stay on the trails and not ruin the surrounding area like those blackflag boys.
