Back Seat Entertainment

Is it possible to change out the back seat radio and replace it with a dvd player? Is there an adaptor that is plug and play for this?
Have any of you guys done this? and if so, show some pics please.

Why not just get headrest screens with built-in DVD player and keep the radio there?

It was just an idea being that I dont use it at all. I know of the options the dvd players have with mounting and locations..... endless. But like onstar, that is of no use to me.
