Are those tie down loops that go in the roof rails sold at the dealers?

Yes, and they insert right in the rail slots forward. Added a set on mine work great! GM calls them loops.

When at the dealer a few months ago I found one on the ground outside,I kept it as a spare,I would like to add one on each side also.
Part #'s ? price?

I just went back to my salesperson and told him I wanted them. He went out and found them and put them on my truck for me.
