Well, actually I'm in Las Vegas on a layover. We just spent the last 8 days on our honeymoon in Maui.

Internet connections are slow and other than being able to do banking and search of what and when to do, I wasn't really online.

Anyway, here's a pic of what I rented. On an island like Maui, it works great.... especially on the road to Hana which was 600 plus turns in a 30 mile stretch of narrow, winding highway. (if you can call it that)

Only saw a couple of H2's (they were rentals) except one local guy who had a black one that was done well.

Here's the only other H2 I saw on the island.

Anyway, it'll be good to get home and get in my own vehicle.

Cya'll soon.

Just got back tonight. Had a great time but it did rain for the first 3 days... the rest of the time, it was perfect.

I wanted to rent a bike but after driving on the road to Hana, I'm glad I didn't.

Alldunn, I hear ya bud, been there, done that. (thanks to princess..lol)

Thanks to everyone for the good wishes. Great time but glad to be home again.

Done it.

Never do that in the back seat of a car. I felt like throwing up.

Congrats.

Actually, our original plan was to go to Kauai. We thought it may be a little too laid back for us as much as the big island was too busy.

We ended up at Maui and loved it. We were going to island hop but for that week, it was setting a new record for rainfall so we passed.

We plan on going again in the next year or so.. the only difference is we'll stay on the resort.

Exploring the island was cool but ruined the image I had in my mind of what Hawaii is suppose to be. (in a paradise sense)

You're either really poor or really rich there and things like the thousands of cars left stranded/abandoned growing in the grass along the side of the highway kinda killed the image I had.

The people were friendly, the prices a little higher, the weather beautiful and the clothing optional beaches, well,

Mark
