"That Baby" gave all of us her cold. She feels so much better, we all feel like sh!t !!! Just made a "sick" couch for "A" we will see how the day goes, her nose is so stopped up yet its running down her face. Bless her heart. It's about to rain here, sounds like a fun day stuck inside with alot of snot heads. Fun Fun Fun. Yeah for us.

Oh, yesterday "A" had her first basketball game. We should have recorded it and posted it on here. Man that was some funny stuff. They would walk about 10 steps and then bounce the ball then walk about 10 more steps. Great stuff.

Just sitting here...wondering how Mrs.ssippi pronounces her children's names when she calls them. Is it That Baby and A or do you always say quote unquote That Baby and quote unquote A? Or do you use hand signals to indicate quotes while saying That Baby and A? They sure do have unique names though... that's for sure, especially if you include the quotes.

I don't want you guys jacking with my kids, so until you really meet me, I don't want you to know their names. You know the internet is full of fu*ked up people. And my husband pisses enough people off around this forum that I don't want any of you to take it out on my kids. :giggling: :giggling: My oldest calls her sister "that baby", that baby is crying again, that baby wants some drink, that baby needs you.....so that is why I call her that baby. And "A" is the first letter in the name of my oldest.
And you are a smart ass, you should see me get mad at them I have to make sure I'm not holding anything so I can use my hand to make the little quote sign with my fingers when I call their names. But now all I want to do is make this sign with one finger on each hand to you :fdance: . :jump:

Getting my dailey laugh, reading "Mrs" lay into "D" about "that baby" and "A" and agreeing with her 100%, that is the same reason why I call by boy "the Kid" when I speak of him on the internet. No one needs to know his name or age so "the kid" works for me.
But lucky me, I get to go to work at 1pm and "the kid" is going fishing.

I know why you use those "names" on here. I was just curious if you utilized the quotes or not when you call their names offline. Thanks for clearing that up, sounds somewhat inconvenient that you need to make sure your hands are empty just to call them. You might consider changing the quotes to something you can sign with just 1 hand or maybe a system of blinks.

Today I am taking the kids sledding and snowboarding. The wind is Howling tho, so it could be a short trip. :(

Its gonna be about 70 here today so me and the wife type are gonna take the kids to a local park then to lunch. Gotta love San Antonio. Was 50 here yesterday and today it 70.

CP is in the guesthouse painting, so Pea-Pie is pissed because I'm not giving her any attention right now. She just brought me one Ugg slipper of mine in protest. I don't know how she can get that thing down here.

CP posted him on a couple of dog boards and the Italian Greyhound Rescue board first. She got several emails AFTER we took him back, so she gave them the info and he's been adopted. Presumably by one of the locals that e-mailed her.:D

His separation anxiety was way too much for us to handle. And we don't even work conventionally, so we're home all the time!!! Very sad for such a well trained, good boy.:( I hope he gets the help he needs.

Sorta enjoying the weather here too. James - nice temp, but I'm over by Helotes. We're getting ALL that nasty smoke from a 3-story tall pile of mulch burning:

I opened up the windows today because I spot-treated the carpets. So now I'm debating what was worse, the chemical smell of the spot treater or the stench of the smoke that came into the house. It's SO nasty out here. We even got 1.5" of rain the other day, it did NOTHING to that burning pile.

Weather forecasters are predicting a blizzard next weekend. Whatever. These people can't even predict when they're going to take a dump.

Today was a good day tho....saw the Devs win (again). Also making our "wants/needs" list for our househunt....we should be getting pre-approved by the bank in a month or so, we just have to wait for hubby's new bosses to get him his contract. Then we can start looking, whoo hoo! Things are rocking now....we decided to keep our current house until we find a new place to buy. It's only $800/mo mortgage, and that way - no house showings to clean up for, no strangers near my stuff, no rush to find a new place when this one sells, move out on our own timeline, etc. Gotta love it. Is it April yet???

Stewie! :crying: I'm glad he was adopted again. Poor guy .. he was just looking for a good home. But, little did he know that his separation anxiety kept him from staying in one good home for very long. Our Pomeranian has separation anxiety, too. Just leaving one room for another gets her barking and whining. :( I think little Pea-Pie keeps you on your toes enough! :D
