Looks like a chrome top replacement for the plastic air handler.Chrome tube replacement for the plastic and a hard to view replacement air filter.
Might be better to just by a performance air filter of choice for less. Unless you really love the chrome to get home!:beerchug:

Underhood bling, cool. Maybe this is one intake setup (if it's GM supplied) that won't compromise filtration for a marginal power increase.
