TEAM HUMMER VICTORIOUS IN ?07 SEASON OPENER

Following a successful 2006 racing season, highlighted by a victory at every race, Team HUMMER kicked off the start of the 2007 racing season with two class wins at the 13th Annual SCORE Laughlin Desert Challenge on Jan. 20-21. The Desert Challenge is SCORE?s annual season-opening, short-course desert race. Entering as SCORE International?s 2006 mini-stock class champion, Team HUMMER owner Rod Hall split driving duties in the No. 760 Team HUMMER mini-stock H3 SUV with son and five-time Baja 1000 winner Chad Hall. The Halls and the H3 won the mini-stock class, finishing the 48-mile course with a total time of 1 hour, 30 minutes, 45 seconds. Team HUMMER also entered the No. 861 Full-Stock H2 SUV, piloted by Rod?s eldest son, Josh Hall. He dominated the Full-Stock class, finishing 00:06:29 ahead of the nearest competitor.

I like the bull guard that they use better than the wrap around grill guard that the factory offers.
