Schematics for front bumper removal?

What is the best way to correctly disasemble the H3 front bumper? Is this in the manual or is there a service manual that has schematics that we can purchase to be able to work on our own rigs?

Look here, it's for installing a winch bumper but tells you how to remove the existing bumper. Pretty simple job.
