General Motors Arrogance

G M never stops to amaze me.I got letter today said effective Mar 24 they would start taking $54.95 out of my visa card on file. Sort of like reverse billing and my possesion date Was March30 2006--so they were already sticking me for a week. It seems their rules are all slanted their way. I called up and said what the hxll and he said how about 18.95 a month then, well by now I'm so pxssed I tell 'em to stick it. Regards The Rebel Sorry ONSTAR of course I was so mad I forgot the theme.

Since you are a GM employee, you can get Onstar for 149 per year.

But as this GM employee did, I told them to stuff Onstar...

Yeah were lost and without Onstar Thank God. I guess they automatically assumed I would want the concierge package and so just stuck it on my visa number they were holding. Aint life great, they know what I want in advance and just bill me accordingly cause I once gave them my visa number. Oh well it's only money. Regards The Rebel:mad:

they'll give the 149 to anyone if you call in to cancel. When i told em i wanted to cancel they offered teh discounted price of 149 and to extend my minutes another year. Still a rip off but its not too much so what the hey.

They reduced it to 99 if I didn't cancel. However, being that they screwed everything up, and I was using a bluetooth for hands free, why keep 'em.
