Not personally.
Last year when I was in Columbia working a couple of my coworkers had to make a visa run to there.
Was told they don't like Americans much.

Yes and loved it there, But that was before we pulled out of there. I was told then that they didn't like Americans. Never saw it or felt that that was true. I ended up at the Govenor's home as a guest and had a blast the whole time I was there. Flew over to Bogota, that was a bit more risky but still had fun.

I know who it is... Noriega, right? I remember back in '87 he didn't stop talking about you for like a month straight, it was driving me crazy! We eat... it's K9sH3 this, K9sH3 that... we drive, we boat, we fly, topic is K9sH3 some more. Have you spoke with him since '89?

Yea Ive been there. I was lucky enough to rappel from a Black Hawk helicopter on to a rooftop in December 1989 where my ass sat for 3 friggen days along with 5 others from my Amry EOD unit. Sucked then and no doubt it sucks now.
