What is an "owner point"? Does this count towards the title?

Yep. First year in Cup. They've got to be really pissed at Waltrip, or really pissed they got caught.

Owner's points are important for two reasons. One is for the owner's title, not the Cup Championships, but the second is much more important. The top 35 cars in owners points are guaranteed spots in races. As a new owner Waltrip doesn't have any points and now starts in a hole. It's going to be tough for him to make all the races. He'll probably miss the 500.

Yep, who would have thunk that you could use sterno for octane boost. Boy, not the way Toyota should be starting the season. It is going to be hard for little ole Mikey and the others to recover from this.

No kidding. Michael needs to somehow qualify today in his Duel, then finish 21 in the Cup race just to get back to zero in points. Hell, I don't think he'll make the 500.

BTW, the Duels start at 2pm EST today on SPEED.
