GM Part numbers.

Does anyone have, or know where I can get, GM part numbers for the console trim kit? I can find a bunch of aftermarket carbon fiber or wood trim kits on eBay, but no OEM stuff.

I'm looking into a custom radio install which would require some 'trimming' of the console... so I'd like to find a second one in case I need to re-install the original when I get rid of the truck.

Re: GM Part numbers.

I found Amstar( American General) makes them
Carbon fiber 2868-9384-30
Brushed Aluminum 2868-9384-40

Oxford 2868-9384-10
Piedmount Burlwood2868-9384-20

I cannot find a GM kit.

And this web site is under construction

I actually found the GM part number: 15223653

The dealer is getting me one for about $60.00

Thanks for the info though!

I thought it was cheap too. I was told it's the whole brushed metal surround, including all heater knobs and controls. I guess I'll see when its in.

If the part # is accurate, GMPartsDirect has that for $24 and calls it a 'plate' - hope it's really what you were hoping for.
