help with prank
hey,
i am wondering if it would be possible to hook up a remote to activate a horn on a chevy pickup. we have a superintendent on my jobsite that we want to mess with. basically, we want to have a remote control that we can push and make his horn honk. i would like to keep it on the cheap side seeing how it's just a joke. i have an old keyless entry remote from a 99' grand am. anyone got any ideas? thanks!! |
Re: help with prank
Im no help on this one, but how are you going to be able to attach it to his horn/ get inside without him seeing?!?! Sounds like a sweet prank though if you figure this out and get it to work please let me know

Re: help with prank
It sounds like you would have to run a power wire from his battery to power it then a remote relay to switch it to the live wire.
RC car stuff or radio shack. Pranks are fun If he has hubcaps you slip some BB's in there and remove them a day latter then do it again and tell him its his muffler bearing.:jump: We did that to a buddy years ago it drove him nuts. Another good one is use a pack of fast food Ketchup fold in half ,point seam in and place under the toilet seat(under the spacer). when he sits down it will shoot on his but and he will notice a slimmy wipe and when he looks he will see red.:jump: :excited: |

But it may not shoot in, it may hit the back of the toilet.

Angle it properly and it will hit the target(you could put one one both sides also to improve aim) Another variation is to use hot sause from taco bell but it might burn.. :giggling: :jump: |

http://www.plasmaled.com/wireless.htm Just use this w/a quick clamp for direct connection to the battery + a quickconnect to the horn. Once you open the hood, you are looking at maybe 1-2 minutes MAX to get it set up and it's only $30. |
