hello all,
got my truck back from dealer,we had small snow storm here in boston and parked truck and plowed with ford, used truck to go to store, come out,no start, dealer says underneath truck was packed with snow and froze starter, does not make sense, but have truck back, dealer didnt want to take care of any other problems...has anyone else had problems driving in snow...we has about 8 inches

sounds like bs to me. if the engine is warm when you park it how the hell will snow accumulate and freeze the starter. i've never heard or seen a frozen starter from snow.
