Crappy Dealership
So I was around the Savannah area (georgia). Let me back up
For about a month now, my 3 has been making a weird noise when making left turns, or going over any bumps in the road. My expert opinion leads me to believe that I have a faulty shock:violin: . Sofar have about 4200miles, so it shouldnt have this kind of problem, anyway back to the dealer part. I called Savannah Hummer and these bastards off the bat say I have to come in and drop it off in the morning and leave it all day and "we dont do loners, nor enterprise rentals" at this point I wasn't sure about the warranty, but I heard that a lot of people on this forum have gotten loners, so I said "um lady, I read the warranty manual" At that points she hushed up, but still didnt give me any acknowledgemnet on getting a loner. So I called hummer.com and they said "If the job takes more than 2hours you are either given a loner, or a GM rental from Enterprise." I'll go there Monday and have hummer.com talk to the dealership infront of me. I had my hopes up on getting a loner H2(i would destroy that SOB), but these people seem too stingy. Anywho, this was just a rant. Anyone hear that noise too? |
Re: Crappy Dealership
That's what I've gotten everytime they've given me a loaner. They always have so many used ones, and hardly any used 3s.
