changed it and it now idles at 40lbs and rises to 60 at about 4000 rpm's useing 10/30 Mobil 1 syn oil normal driveing it reads about 45lbs .I also rebuilt the gage cluster with all new stepper motors . seams to me the gage is not all that accurate . the presure seams a little high with 10/30 oil. typical of GM of this vintage(2003)the gage clusters fail at about 75000 miles .easy repair just pull out the cluster and have it rebuilt for $175.00 changeing the oil presure sender was a bigger job and took longer .
