Looks great Doc! That's the one from Timgco right?

DRTYFN 03-10-2005 05:10 AM

It needs a DRTY Bumper & Rock Rails.

drmiles 03-10-2005 12:35 PM

Yeah, thats Timgco's old Gobi.

Yes Drtyfn I'm waiting on pic of your completed bumper.

I'm hoping for a bumper that hurt my approach angle much and still look "killer ". Have you completed your design yet?

Shawn from Angry Iron 03-10-2005 05:01 PM

First off very nice rig.
Have you seen the new Warn winch bumper?

drmiles 03-10-2005 05:26 PM

I have seen pictures of the Warn and Road Armor.

Waiting to see it up close and personal before making a choice. In the meantime, looking at all new options..

First, let me say, NICE RIG!! I have the same tires (I assume yours are 38x15.50's as well), and I will be posting pics of my new Road Armor bumpers this upcoming week so you can help to decide further. Thats the stealth rack from Gobi, correct? How does it mount into the roof channels on top? Is it easy to remove if you needed to put the hard cargo carrier and factory roof bars back on?

Yes the Stealth Rack from Gobi.
Yes, it mounts in the roof channels.
No, removal would take ablut 1 - 2 hours and 2 people!! It's up there until your tired of it.
