So, what's your rant, now?
 

My rant is, “What ever happened to free speech?” I was just watching a debate between the President of the Freedom of Speech League (or something like that) and Al Sharpton. The argument was basically that you can’t say anything about anyone anymore without the fear of being fired. I can’t believe that we have gone so far. Of course the press still has freedom of speech and the power to destroy, but the average citizen can’t say what is on his mind out loud.

Let’s take prejudice for example. There are plenty of people in different races with whom I have problems. In some cases, it is definitely because of their culture, which then reflects not only on that individual but on their culture as a whole. It is my right to feel as I do, and my right to voice my opinion. But, do I dare? No! Why? Because if I do, I will run the risk of starting an argument, a fist fight, or worse! They could lay in ambush and get me in the dark, or smash in my truck, or stock my family members! So, we all keep quiet and hold our tongues! Is this healthy? Is this freedom? No! But, it is safe, and that is really all we are worried about, now. Of course, underground or behind closed doors, we call anyone anything we want. We are becoming a nation of private haters, and in our solitude, as we hold in our hate, dissatisfaction, and criticism, it grows and grows. This is one of the reasons why people go ballistic! Calling a white person a honky cracker ass son-of-a-bitch redneck, or a black person a nappy headed dog, or an Asian a ching-chong Chinaman, or an Indian or Arab a towel head is NOTHING! It is like so many others have said, people need to get tough, and let things roll off their backs. We are closer as a nation of races than ever before, and we could move forward if we could joke around or, even in anger, call someone by their ethnic slur. But, IMHO, if we are forced to hold everything in all the time for fear of offending someone, we will become a nation of closet racists, holding in our prejudice and eventually exploding into a riot, or worse yet, underground raids after dark!

First off are they going to STOCK your family in their pantry ???


Second, please tell us who you hate. Is it the Jews, the Blacks, the towel-heads, the ching-chongs :jump: , is it the CRACKERS, or the born - agains, or it is maybe YOURSELF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
