Does your OEM NAV eject and re-insert quickly

When I push the eject button, the CD comes out and then goes back in very quickly. You have to be ready and grab the CD fast or it will pull it back in. Even when you can be quick enough to grab it, you are pulling against it trying to take it back in again. Is this normal?
