Fuse is good and cruise wont work any Ideas?:confused:

Check your brake lights. If the high mount brake light is in-op it will disable the cruise.

High mount 3rd brake light works , taking it to a dealer ain't no big deal it's just 2 hours each way and if it is something simple I can take care of it as they say time is money and 4 hours travel time is wasted $$$$$$$$

Please someone help me, I did not realize I used the cruise so much until it broke.Even though I bought the extended service -waranty policy It just turned 38000 miles and I supercharged it and we all know how much of a jack arse some dealers can be about that. Even if I wind up having to pay for the repair if it is something simple I wan't to take care of it myself.

I know you checked the center high mount brake light, but get someone to hold the brake pedal and tap on the light itself I have seen some that are intermittant and tough to find, found the first one I saw by fluke. I was kicking it out as A no fault and someone noticed it did not come on, worked fine when I checked it and after banging on it it started to work again, swapped it out and no further concerns.

I have done everything I could think of all the codes pointed towards the brake pedal switch replaced that still no cruise. Anyone out there ever have this problem?

I finaly got to the root of the problem, I bought some led tail-stop bulbs on amazon.com and it seems they were not compatible and kept telling the computer the brake switch was engaged . Changed bulbs back to factory ones and cleared all codes and wala my cruise now works.:jump: :jump: :jump:
