OEM Rear tire mount license plate wiring

Can anyone tell me how and where I am suppose to connect the OEM rear tire carrier cover? I just purchased used one from the member and I am trying to hook up the wire.

I found this:

It is for the swing version, but it has details about the wire housing and pictures/diagrams/connections.

You have to scroll down a little.

Maybe someone else will come along.:)
