What are you doin?

I am still in my jammies fixin some coffee. Piddlin around on the computer.:D I woke up early and went back to sleep- very weird for me.

Went to BJ's yesterday- kinda like Cosco I guess if you don't have one. We bought a trampoline for my little girls birthday. A 15' one. It's huge. Ken put it together last evening. It's a surprise. I can't wait to see her jump on it.

We bought one a while back for my little girl. Did you make sure to get the rail padding (the one that covers the rails and springs)?

Also GREAT Morning. Might get out and wash/wax the Hummer this am before it gets too hot. Still sore from the sun after snorkeling yesterday. Hope you all have a wonderful day....Jamie:beerchug:

As you may or may not know I'm Jewish (think i'm the only one on the forum), anyway i belong to a small Synagogue in Miami, a converted house and we have about 122 families as members. We hold an annual yard/gargage sale every year to raise monies for our outreach/library/medication garden programs. This year we raised $5500 which is not bad.

BUT

today is clean up day so they are enlisting "this old man" to help. I told them "i'm a great supervisor" but they are not buying that so they are making me a laborer :crying:

I can feel the aches and pains already "OY VEY"

With my YELLOW H-3 they think I'm a "Radical Jewish Hippie"

you're not the only one. I know a few on here. I'm not, but have thought about converting.;) The Jewish community here have so many things going on for their patrons, I get kinda jealous. Not to mention the 8 presents, Ann Frank and over coming one of the most horrific acts in human history. But the gefilte fish turns me off everytime.:D:D

Tell them you were up all night shooting a twilight diabetes commercial.:giggling:

We got the padding and an enclosure, I am still nervous but I know she'll be fine. I'll be watching like a hawk. I'm thinking of having the neighborhood parents sign consent forms. Ken thinks it's a little over the top.:giggling:

Isn't it sad that we have to think that way? - Having to worry if someone is going to sue us if their kid gets hurt playing on our stuff.

I'm the same way. I actually had my husband take the rope ladder off the side of the kids fort because I was afraid someone would get a foot caught and end up breaking a leg or cracking their head open.

We've got the trampoline with enclosure too....rest assured, it's pretty much fool proof, unless of course, the kids start walking around on the padding on the outside of the enclosure.....or when a kid decides to crawl under the trampoline when someone else is bouncing on it. Duh!

Your daughter will love it though!

I think thats a great idea if you feel the least bit uneasy about the neighbors and thier ways. They may see it as over the top, but if one of those kids breaks their arm/leg, and the neighbor has trouble paying....it just might fall back on you. Overall....great idea...regardless!:excited:

Nothing wrong with permission slips. Any parent with common sence will understand.
Normal appearing people can get weird when their child is involved.

Yawn.... I just woke up, One of my team riders birthday is today so we are throwing a party for him. Going to try and catch this Gator that has decided to make the Skate park his home and take him over to a lake near by.

Also, about that trampoline, we used to have one and we put it in the ground that way if anyone fell off they would be a ground level. And if you want a hold/harmless wavier PM me and I will send one of ours from the park and you can modify it.

Now I must go make coffee and heat up the Hooters wings for breakfast.

Those trampolines are a death trap! We had one at a college house, it was supposed to be just for girls jumping on trampolines... but a lot of the drunkards would get on it and hurt themselves. It was inside though, tile floor is less forgiving than grass, so if you keep the booze away from the kiddies you might be alright.

I jumped on the tramp after getting it together. I used to do flips and such when I was younger. Well, uh... yeah. I was younger....:o

It went together quickly, then I started to get the pieces together for the enclosure and realized all the pieces weren't there. WTF?!?! Now I have to wait until Monday to call the 800 number and get the parts shipped. FCK!

Lets see: Gefilte Fish, Matzah (salted) & (Chocolate Covered), Stuffed Cabbage, Chicken Fat, Kosher Dills, Boiled Chicken, Flanken, Chicken Soup, of course the best Chinese Food is found in Jewish Neighborhoods, Hummis, Bagels, Lox, Pickled Herring, Stuffed Derma, Chopped Chicken Livers, Kinishes, Kasha, Cow Tongue, Corned Beef, Pastrami, Real Jewish Rye Bread, Macarones, etc etc..
