Passenger door panel rattles

Hello,

The last month or so I have had the passenger door panel making noises. It has gradually gotten worse and way more annoying.

I have inspected it and am certain that it is not the door, hinges, latch or window rattling, as they all have a nice and snug fit.

It seems the sound is coming from inside the door panel, like something cam loose around the interior handle and is rattling around in there.

I have tried to remove the door panel, but am not sure where to pull without breaking anything.

Does anyone have a schematic or exploded view of the door panel?
Or, the written procedure of removing or installing it would be helpful.

Thank you,

... and just so you know, my 2006 has 16,500 miles on it now.
i have had no significant problems.
i have not needed to take it to the dealer.
i drive it quite a bit off road.
it has held up very well - even better than my 1995 Full Size no-frills Bronco
i am very impressed with it
however, i am a type "a" and cannot stand this new rattle!!!!!!
PLEASE HELP

Re: Passenger door panel rattles

There is a small jumper harness inside the door, near the pull handle (not the handle to open the door, but the handle used to close the door). This is the jumper harness to the mirror switch to the mirror motors. I believe it is held in place with a push fastener that pushes into the metal door frame behind the interior trim panel.
Sometimes at the plant, they are not pushed in completely, and after a few K miles they can pop out and rattle. Not sure if this is it, but it would be what I would look for first.
In addition, pull the cover off the pull handle and make sure the screws have not come loose and are rattling.

well, no dice!
i trook it all apart and then couldn't get the door panel itself off the doorframe. i had all the screws out and it just felt like something was going to break. i pulled, tried placing a little wedge between the door panel and the frams, but i didnt want to force it and end up with broken fasteners. is there a special method to removing this?
