Side steps bent.

Well the stide step itself isnt bent it looks more like the entire thing is pushed back, and it looks like the mounts arent straight, but no component itself seems bent, could it be that it just came loose a little and this cause it to slide back ? any suggestions on what this might be?

when you step on it or grab a hold of it and pull/push does it move? it could look "bent" if its loose but donno. the brackets are attached with 4 bolts to the frame and also 4 (i think) to the tube.
