I think thats a pic from a warn ad of either black bear pass or imogen pass back in the day before thay did some major trail work on it in the late 80's or early 90's.

Warn winch ad from the 70's, Black Bear Road in Ouray CO.
The trail is wider now than it was then, but I would bet that picture was "staged" but probably not altogether fake. That trail was created as a mining road between Ouray and Telluride.
