Tire problem - what to do

Finally got my alignment taken care of today, and the shop says one tire is out of round. I have 37" Goodyear MTRs with about 20K on them. Tread-wise, they're in good shape. So the decision is - get one new tire (and how will this impact the other 3), or get all new? I'm trying to go the cheapest route possible right now, but not affect the safety or do damage to my truck.

Minimum I would do is 2 new tires then....and put them on the front. I wouldn't do just one tire. IMHO.

I woudl really suggest going to another shop. Typically they can rotate the tire on the rim to help correct the problem, and it can significantly reduce the problem...
