That "incident" was on the local news here in San Diego and what a total joke. The "object" was HUGH like the kind a vet would use. He (Bonds) was so terrified of the "object" that he walked over and picked it up. The thing was obviously unused.

I think the case can be made he lied to the grand jury and that he evaded income taxes by not reporting the autograph sales that he gave to Johnson for his "services".
