upper mounting system...allparts are either stainless stell or in the case of the top retainier and velcro fasteners, powder coated...

Does that cover fit better/ worse without the factory bed cover?

How much is that whole setup?

we have installed it both ways, with the factory cover and without....it is fitted to the truck, so not sure what you mean "does it fit better"....entire outfit shipped is $1395.00 on the forum and $1695.00 retailed out of the store....
