2008 Dash Trouble Update
 

Well they replaced the PCM under the dash, did the reprogramming and still the dash lights dont come on when the headlights are on. They said they are consulting with the engineers for a fix. I'm stuck driving a purple equinox all weekend.....sigh.

I'm sure they will get it taken care of,ask them for a Tahoe as a loner at least.

I should have asked them to give me my 06 H2 as a loaner, since its still sitting on the lot.

Gotta say the equinox aint making it!

I would be on the phone with that sales manager!!!!! Nothing like buying a 60K+ truck and getting put into some purple POS.

I hope they work things out for ya soon.

i am sure they will too. I usually dont like buying a vehicle until after the major changes have been in place for a year or so, but I liked the 08 so much i just had to have one. Guess i'll be the test case for fixing the dash trouble...LOL

That sucks man.... hope they get you straightened out soon, driving a purple equinox is definately a bummer as well.
