Easy exit set
I have a 03 H2. I have the easy exit seat turned on but when I take the key out the seat moves foward. Anyone know what this could be.
Thanks |
Re: Easy exit set
I hear it does that south of the equator. j/k It sounds like you have the electrical polarity reversed somewhere. I think I saw another thread here with the same issue. You might try a search.

Re: Easy exit set
The dealer can install A calibration update to correct this

Re: Easy exit set
I had the same problem in my 04 last year. My Dealer tried the recalibration but it didn't work. Then they replaced the seat motor with an updated motor and rewired it to fit in my 04. No problems since then.
I Hope it's just a recalibration! |
Re: Easy exit set
Mine has this same problem. The previous owner had it fixed and it still goes foward. And when I push the seat adjustment bar back the seat goes foward and when I pull the button button foward the seat goes backwards. I am a somewhat tall guy 6'1 so I just leave the seat all the way back all the time anyway and used the computer to shut off the easy exit feature.
Just my .02 |
Re: Easy exit set
03 same problem just turned it off.

Re: Easy exit set
I had some of the same issues and my dealer had a new reflash for the seat memory and easy exit, now it is all fixed. :jump:

Re: Easy exit set
Mine started doing the same thing when I unplugged and plugged in the battery cable a few (well a lot) of times while installing my LightForce lights. Has any one tried just resetting the pc by unplugging the battery terminal for 15 minutes or more?
