Side mirror problems again
 

I recently had my mirrors replaced to the 2006 version, today I tried to adjust my mirrors and they wont move at all, it will fold in and when I set the curb assistance they will face downward but return to its original position, is there something I can check before I take her over to the stealership for warranty work ?
