Anyone know?

What's the name of the web site to get parts for our rigs? Is it gm parts direct? Or, something else.

What is it that you're looking for -- you may want to click on some of the "SOMO" banners on this site for accessories.

What the hell did you do? Ball joint only comes as the full upper or lower control arm assembly not a separate part. I had to replace the whole upper control arm because the dust/grease boot ripped on the upper ball joint.:crying:

I would check ebay for a used upper! Can't hurt to check!

Yes... I actually need the upper control arm also. No idea what happened??? I never go off-road. Then the wheel hub is another question?? I called Naperville Hummer and the parts guy says they are notorious for hub bearings to go bad. That's why every Hummer dealership has them in stock as well as the control arm.

I had a newer silverado that had the bearing go out, can't just replace the bearing anymore, you have to replace the whole hub!

I just had to replace my front left hub bearing and pittman arm last week. I got my dealer to match an aftermarket price, but still around 250 for the hub and 200 for the pittman arm. A real biatch to get the pittman off but hub is straightforward. Mine went out from normal wear(now pushing 98,000 miles).See if your dealer will negotiate.:grouphug:
