Beat up bumpers... from white to black

So, I picked up my 2003 last week. When I was looking at it in the lot I noticed the bumpers & black trim had turned very white over time & it didnt look too good. Dealer said he would take care of it. All they did was armorall the hell out of them before I picked it up. Needless to say, one good rain and they were back to white again.

To the point of the story, yesterday I picked up some Mother's Back to Black and applied it to my bumpers and trim. What a difference! Looks great & isn't greasy. I'm hoping it holds through the rain & snow. If not, it was VERY easy to apply. Best $4.99 I've ever spent... :beerchug:

SORRY...but...it won't last that long. I bought alot of it thinking that I had found gold. Anyway, after a wash or 2, most of it comes off. To me, the stuff was also greasy. I took the advice of a couple forum members and ordered online the Armo-Dilo's TS-1. I have applied it once so far, and the trim looks better than with the Mother's B to B. I have washed it twice so far, and the trim still looks as good as when I first applied it. It comes in a small bottle so I went ahead and purchased 2. I think it was like $12 a bottle. I believe if you try it, you'll love it and see the difference. There are also other products out there that many of the forum members swear by as well. Just go to search and you should find the thread. Hope this helps you out overall. And also...congrats on the new rig and welcome to the forum!

Try Black Again! Iy's the only product I'll use on my Porsche's. (and my H2) The original maker went out of business, but another company picked up the formula and the rghts. If you're interested, I'll send you the link.

For those that asked, here's the link.

http://www.properautocare.com/blacagextrim.html

I use it on all the black on my H2, even the painted sufaces. One bottle will do the whole thing about four times.

Let me know if you like it!
