rear dvd monitor problem

Both mointors do not turn on but the dvd unit does. I checked all connections and the fuse in the panel. I can't figure out what the problem is any one have an idea? They dealership fixed them a week ago so I am suspecting a fuse but can't track one down.

By chance, did you think to ask them what the problem was so you could fix it yourself if it happened again?

all paper work says is that they checked power to monitors. all ok, they didn't say what was wrong
