The sun is shining here - finally! We're gonna warm up into the 40's, supposedly. woohoo!

Going to a funeral today. Boss' mom passed away. She fought the good fight against non-smoker's lung carcinoma....but ulimately lost. Very sad! She was a sweet lady!

Hope everyone is enjoying what's left of their weekend!

Great day ! alot of sun. Took the kids to a forrest for a walk, then a playground. Did some cleaning up in the garden also.

Just finished lunch outside on the deck, it was almost too warm....2:30 PM and 84F! It's supposed to be more seasonal (highs in the upper 60s) by Tuesday, which is good. I'm tired of putting the AC on already.

Planning on spending the rest of the afternoon planting early spring crops - new potatoes, corn, lettuce, and carrots. Got the onion sets in last weekend. It's nice to finally have the garden set up so all I have to do is drop in some seeds, it was worth all the work we put in last fall.

FINALLY came up with a baby name. Why is the 2nd one so much more difficult than the first???

After 2 feet of snow last month, it's been sunny and warm all week. Cleaned up the backyard getting ready for lazy evenings of beer and BBQs.:beerchug:

Tested out enviroment yesterday.:D

Not much going on today. Took the below photo last night which cracks me up cause I'm so mature and all. Today we ate a late breakfast and watched some Brady Bunch (got the whole series for my birthday last year), went to Home Depot and Starbucks and came home for a while since Rich had to fix a breaker cause the hot tub always blows a breaker.
When I came in the door, Donner jumped up and hit me right in the nose, busting my nose open. Sucker still hurts like the dickens. It's 65 right now, gorgeous day though. :)

Called in sick today. Feel worse than Tower does when the buffet closes and he's not full yet. The flu is going around here in KC like mad. About a third of our medics are out sick. The nurses in the ED have to wear facemasks whenever they come into contact with patient's.

Gotta love the Vermont Castings Grill...I've had one for 3 or 4 years now. Best damn grill in my mind eye!

I hope all of you feel better...that flu-bug got me last month...it lasted 2 weeks.
